Test Security
Confidentiality
The ACRB has adopted a form to be signed by all individuals involved in test item development, test formatting, test formation, administration of the test, candidates' scores and item reevaluation by the ACRB Test Development Committee . See exhibit 0.0011 (form)
Test Security
Items and tests are kept in a three (3) drawer filing cabinet with combination lock accessible by only the Test Development Committee Chairman.
Items and test are transported by the ACRB Test Development Committee Chairman to testing location, ACRB Board meetings and Test Development Committee meetings via the Chairman’s hand and/or a currier service.
Items not filed or items pulled from the original pool, all other materials such as extra copies not used in the testing and tests that have been replaced are destroyed via shredding or incinerated by the Test Development Committee Chairman.
