ACRB Registration Instructions
PLEASE NOTE THE FLORIDA CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATION WILL BE HANDLING ALL REGISTRATION FOR THIS JOINT EVENT

To Register as an ACRB member please follow these instructions after you fill out your attendee information on the first screen
**AK, AZ, CA, OK, & WI are not eligible for CEs and must use the correct code to receive the discount “ACRBExpo”**
All members please select “SW DC CE full in person” option. You will later be asked for the appropriate ACRB discount code to get you to our price before you finish the check out.
“ACRB” should be used for any regular diplomate wanting CE’s
“ACRB+1” can be used for any regular diplomate wanting CE’s and wanting a to have a member of their staff attend as well.
“ACRBExpo” should be used for Drs not getting CEs such as AK, AZ, CA, OK, & WI Drs.
Then in the next selection area please select “ACRB Diplomate” (see below)
You may also select the bottom item which is the $80 add on CPR certification
